IT Network Specialist
Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, data communications networks, VPNs, and other network infrastructure including firewalls, security appliances, etc. Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems. Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups. Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access. Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses. Assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software. Troubleshooting Network and Firewall Connectivity issues on both on prem and Cloud Data centers. Configuration and Support of Multi Factor authentication Solutions in the network. Other similar duties.
Network Engineer
Provide technical expertise to implement and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls, Cloud Security, Perimeter security gateways, switches, routers, etc. including AWS, Azure, Check Point, Cisco ASA/FirePOWER, Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet platforms; Implement and support Dynamic routing, VLAN, VRF and VPN based on requirements; Configure and implement B2B VPN and remote access solutions; Responsible to evaluate, recommend and implement security products and features including access control, Threat Prevention/IPS, URL filtering, Zero day threat prevention and Vulnerability Management.; Perform Firewall policy optimization and Compliance remediation services; conduct training programs; interact with teams to determine, gather requirements, change requests; provide escalation support.
